Nikki's Bio

Born December 12th in the Mississippi Delta, I'm just a nobody trying to tell everybody about somebody who can save anybody. I have been with Clear Channel for just over 3 years. I am the morning drive traffic reporter and evening air personality 8 p.m.- 12 a.m.

I received a BS in Mass Communications from Jackson State University. I've worked in radio for years and I've played many different types of music including: Jazz, R&B, Soft Soul, Blues and Gospel. I absolutely love music. I can't remember a day without it in my life. I believe it is a gift from God.

Married for 20 years, I have 3 wonderful football players ages 18, 17 and 10. I'll have some pics for you soon. When my boys go pro, I'm going to retire. Keep hope alive!

Seriously, I love my job because it gives me an opportunity to minister to you. I know that God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life and it is my job to tell you. It just doesn't get any better than that.

If ever you need me, you can find me at the football field cheering for my boys; at church worshipping my Lord or here getting my praise on.

What a wonderful weekend!

My goodness!

We had a wonderful weekend in Jackson. With the break from rain and storms Hallelujah listeners had a chance to enjoy the 30th Annual Farish Street Festival and the W.C. Gordan Football Classic. Those Tigers did us proud with a victory over Stillman. Now we're on our way to another victory in Memphis this weekend! Fans from everywhere will cheer for their favorite team! Go Tigers!!!

Bernie Mac dead at 50.

The entertainment world was shocked to hear of the death of two legends last week. Issac Hayes singer, song writer, producer died at his home in Memphis, TN at age 65. And comedian Bernie Mac age 50 died of complications from pneumonia. I found pics of each entertainer that I'd like to share with you.
